Bixby watch update

Last night I got an alert to update watch Bixby and when i clicked install it went to the menu to click the check or the X and i clicked the check. Then it showed a bar showing 0% until done. Then it said network not available. And I couldn't get back to the install.

Is there a way to get back to the install or make sure it's up to date?

I have 4 apps that are showing updates for that have failed for months now. Every time I go to update them, the watch disconnects when the first one sends the update to the watch and never completes. Been waiting for a WearOS update for a long time now to hopefully fix this issue.
