Hi. I've just spent an hour at Kmart, looking at an Android tablet. It was a bare bones one that someone had already configured with their email and had a booting issue.
Looking for opinions on these tablets.
I downloaded the app blackfriday from market and searched for tablets.
I've been using Black Friday - Check it out from your Android phone:

I'm going to Sears next. They wouldn't open the box at Staples.
Was sort of hoping to get opinions on these, if people were of a mind to help.
Thanks.

Good luck. I dont think you'll find one unless it's on craigslist. The tablets are incredible.

My opinion is if you really need it, than get it. If you already have an Evo, then you kind of don't need it. But if you can find yourself using it to help organize your daily life, entertain you while at work or travelling (not driving), or just enhance your overall lifestyle than I say get one. It's also really good if you don't have a NETBOOK (not a laptop) and you want something to replace your netbook or were considering getting one. This is by no means a laptop replacement, and it's kind or redundant to buy one if you have an Evo 4G. It's only 3 inches bigger without the capability to make phone calls, unless you root it.

I'm on the fence getting one since I don't necessarily need it. I can't see what it can do that my Evo cant. If you were to get one, make sure it doesnt replace your Evo either, then you're just wasting money. Meaning, if you use your tablet for 80% of the things your Evo does, and you use your Evo for phone calls... then... its pointless.
