Black screen of death

I think I have this because sometimes my bionic randomly shuts off and to get it to turn back on I have to take out the battery. It is really annoying and was wondering If anyone else had the same problem? Also should I get a replacement because of this issue?

If you are in the 14 day period I would without question go to Verizon and get a replacement.

I just had that happen to me today, as speak actually. .Is there any known reason to why that's happening? I thought it didn't charge all the way or something but i guess there's some other issue.
