Black screen

I dl'd go locker ics lock screen for my evo 4g, and now all i get is a black screen! i can't access the menu to get into settings, nothing! can anybody out there give me hand? is there any way to reset the phone, w/o going into the settings?

Did you try pulling the battery and seeing if a restart would solve your problem?

my evo started doing the same thing! i can recieve calls but its a guess in who it is and where the answer button is. this is my main phone and i am in DESPERATE need of help. i have tried a battery pull and it did not do anything.
