Blackberry apps to Samsung Galaxy S3 apps?

Hi everyone,
I have a question.
I recently switched from a Blackberry Torch to a Samsung Galaxy S3.
I have made purchases in Blackberry App World for some apps, and if I were to re-purchase the same apps in Samsung Galaxy Play Store,
would it charge me again under my phone carrier account?

Any help is definitely appreciated =)
