Blackberry Hub on Android?

In the past few days it has not allowed me to refresh the hub. It allows me to refresh the email and that refreshes the hub however in the past it would allow me to refresh the hub and my emails would appear there.

Anyone having this issue?

To be clear when i refresh in the gmail part it does send them to my hub. But in my hub i cannot refresh when i hit the three dots at the top it only shows me the folders option

Permission issue maybe? This works fine on my OP6. Perhaps you somehow lost a permission? The permission I have are: Calendar, Contacts, Phone, and Storage.

Thank you for your help. Mines are the same yeah well i also have phone call logs but other than that the one that is off is blackberry hub+ maybe i should turn that on

Perhaps delete the email in question and then add it back? Also what phone do you have? As I recall I used to have a similar issue with my Mate 9. It had some battery saving features that would sometimes interfere with email and other syncing tasks.
