Blackberry hub+ sync with out look issues

I have two Huawei Mate 20 pros, both with the same Outlook. Com email account on. Both of them don't sync properly with outlook. Emails appear, some then vanish, reappear, then the whole lot vanishes and reappears etc etc. All in the space of 30 seconds.

I've uninstall Ed, reinstalled, changed server addresses etc and it always happens.

I've downloaded blue mail, set that up and it works fine with nothing vanishing and reappearing.

Has anyone any idea what's going on please? Blackberry support haven't replied to my ticket for support and I don't think it's an MS issue.

Have you checked the Outlook website, to see if Microsoft is having a problem? If emails are popping on and off the site, it's not a Blackberry problem.

I don't think it is MS. The emails on Outlook app and Bluemail don't appear and vanish every few seconds, just those on Hub.
