Blackberry Switchers

My prvious device was a Curve 8310 that i updated to the 4.5 OS. The experience with the track-ball definetly made the transition easier. Both the web browser and text threading are God sends on the G1 over my Curve.

I am a true crackberry addict, so I also have a G1 but I cannot make "the switch" and get rid of my blackberry. Maybe when there is a higher end hardware device running android. Otherwise it will always be second to my Curve 8320

Thats the same for me too. are you on the CrackBerry forums too? I'm branden3112 over there too.

Current blackberry 8310 user. Im really debating on the next gen Iphone vs the HTC Magic. I cant make up my mind at all...........

Waiting on Verizon.... if T-Mobile had better coverage in my area, I would already own a G1 and I would be owning the G2 (My Touch) when it came out. Till then though, I am stuck with the Storm.

I switched from BlackBerry. I love the G1, but I am keeping my Berries (I have 3 of them) just in case. There are a lot of things about the Berry that I miss.

one more...

hi there!

i switched many times... :D
started with a nokia communicator 9000, then 9110, 9210 and 9500...
tried a n95 and got sick of symbian *G*
next one was a htc touch, then a samsung d600 and a omnia...
got sick of windows mobile *G*
tried a curve 8310, a storm and then again a curve 8900...
you guess what: got sick of bb os *G*
now i own a g1 and until now i?m happy!

regards

chuckbert

p.s.

but i have to admit: there are some things in bbos that are just great!
and i miss some of them...:(

using a storm for the past year. big improvement over my 8703. definitely going to get the sholes though, it looks very nice, and looks like they didnt leave much out. doesnt look like any must have BB's coming out within the next year (S2 included). Just gonna need to root the sholes to get medical apps. cant afford the thousands that those apps cost.

Not a chance, at the moment. I'm still in love with push email and BBM. Don't know much about Android. That's what I'm here to learn.

I can't imagine that my handset don't have BBM, Still i like my Blackberry Torch. No need to switch ......... G1 Because of BBM............... :)

Old thread but I have a HTC One for my personal and HAD a LG OGP for my work phone. I missed the keyboard so much, I went back to a Blackberry Q10 =)
