So I bought this phone brand new off of the Motorola website. I wanted to sign up for aio today (it is on T-Mobile) and they said it has been reported stolen and has a bad Imei. So......it works fine on t mobile. But like. How would it be considered stolen. I tried to do it the other day on aio and it said it was fine then my browser crashed. And now it says its blacklisted. Could that be why its doing this? And who should I call first?

Return it. You're within 30 days. Or get them to send you a new one. Why even consider otherwise?

call aio they blacklisted it for some reason i guess
 
I'll start with calling aio tomorrow. And if no luck I'll return it.
