Blackscreen on ClockWork Recovery

Phones running fine in TBH GB but i wanted to update to the 595 GB build - It's on my SD Card but every time I try to boot into CW Recovery, all i get is a black screen - any ideas?

May sound dumb, but try pushing the power button to unlock the screen. happened to me one time and that was the solution.

i switched my x out of debugging mode and clockwork...worked! hope this helps someone else.

You need to install DROID 2 version of Bootstrap when you are using Gingerbread or you will find out you wont be able to access recovery if device crash and you have debugging turn off..
