Blank Photos???

I switched phones from BM note 8 to an unlocked note 9 and most of my pics are like this.havent experienced this since my BlackBerry ages ago.Please Help!

Are they saving to Internal Storage or an SD card? If the latter, see if the same thing happens when you set the Camera to save to Internal Storage by default.

did you have the sd card formatted in the N8 to only work in that?

No,I have never formatted nothing to nothing.i just put in and take out

Did you have the pictures backup from Samsung cloud or Google photos? Looks like something happened to the sd card , usually you'll have to eject it properly instead of just take out from the phone maybe something happen to it .

Yes,n I used samsung switch to switch everything over,but I didnt switch everything cause it would of took to long

That's odd. In the Camera app, if you tap Settings and look for the Default Save Location, it doesn't allow you to change from SD Card to Phone?

I agree if b.diddy suggestions dont work , try long pressing the camera app ,tap info and go to storage clear data,cache ,and force stop..then go back to the camera and open it up be careful because in beginning it will ask with a pop up to save to sd card or internal storage and if you want location on

Aw damn.yes n the older phones I used to have to unmount it but it doesnt that option on these phones.havent seen that option since I think galaxy s5.damn.thats a 128 gb sd card.
