BlindType?

What ever happened to google's acquisition of BlindType? Any possibility it will be implemented in ICS... or ever for that matter?

Given that the new keyboard in ICS "got a lot of love" including "much improved input accuracy and text prediction" I'd say they took the code and put it into the keyboard this release.

No one has asked about it, so that's just speculation, but the improvements they highlighted were functionally the sort of thing that BlindType offered, so it seems like a good inference to me.

I don't know what happened to it. I was pretty impressed with the video I saw of it though. The last I heard it was *patent pending*. Here's a vid of it for those who are not aware of BlindType.
