Blinkfeed HIghlights Don't Show Up

I recently got a replacement M7 back from HTC and the blinkfeed highlights just won't show up. I can see the content if I go to the individual pages for content, say for CNN, but when I go back to highlights there is no content to show.

I tried everything I could think of. Cleared data and cache and searched for a solution, but can't find one.

Did you check the play store for a blinkfeed update or install

After updating everything I realized that I had manually set the date forward in order to finish ATT updates. Setting the date back to automatic fixed Blinkfeed. Go figure
