Blinking Wi-Fi icon on my phone's status bar after enabling Wi-Fi

[Android Central Question]

Samsung Galaxy running Android 12.

Occasionally, after disabling and re-enabling Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi icon in the status bar will blink 5 or 6 times before the up/down arrows appear and it goes back to normal.

The only references to this I can find online are from Android 9, but I'm on Android 12.

Thoughts?

Sounds like weak wifi, try rebooting your router if it's your home wifi
