Block applications except one

Hello,
Do you have a small hack to block all applications except one ?
I would like to provide tablet to someone but allow him to use internet browser only (no use of others application, no access to android configuration etc..)
Is it possible ?

There are apps that password protect any app that you want but I'm not sure if you can do like a bulk password protect or you'll have to create one for each app (which would suck).

If you have Launcher Pro (not sure if it works on a tablet) you can go into settings and there should be a spot somewhere (sorry I use ADW now) where you can hide any app you want from your drawer. So all you would have to do there is hide all the apps you want from the drawer and then take them off of your home screens.
