Another member pointed this out, but this article has a serious error. The writer claims several third party chargers are compatible with the Samsung's PPS protocol for 45W charging on the Note 10+. Looking at the Amazon listings for them, not one claims to be PPS compatible. The link to the Samsung official charger brings up something that looks like a spam/phishing url that doesn't load. The article is also closed to comments, so we can't give feedback that way.
