Blood Oxygen Meter

I have the GW5 44mm. I have had it for about 3-4 weeks and I cannot complete a blood oxygen meter measurement. Anyone have any ideas that could help get it to work?

I have followed all the steps

If you've followed all the instructions it may b faulty... That said, if you have very dark skin that can make it harder to get a reading apparently.

You have to make sure you aren't moving. On my Garmin watch, any movement will throw off the pulse ox reading.
