Blu Life One M Glass Replacement

Has anyone done the outer glass only replacement on this phone? Is it glued to the LCD, or can it be separated? Is it stuck down just with adhesive along the edges?

I have one with a cracked screen that I'd like to replace, but I don't want to destroy the LCD trying to just take off the outer glass, if I don't need to.
