Blue LED randomly flashes

I dont have the LED indicator on and for some unknown reason when the screen is off or I would be just browsing my phone the blue LED will pop up. Sometimes if my screen is off and phone is idle the blue LED will come on and just stay on for a few seconds and turn off.

Anyone have any idea why the S4 has started doing this!?!

The S4 is configured to have the blue led flash when a system notification happens.

Hit system settings>my device>LED indicator and then then uncheck "notifications".
