Blue line in photos

Galaxy S4 active. My son tells me he keeps getting a blue line in low light photos for the last few months. Any ideas? Bad camera sensor? He says lens does not have any scratches and the line does not show up when he uses the forward facing lens.

Does the blue line only show up when taking photos in low-light conditions? I wouldn't know what to say aside from the screen having dust or something on lit. Have you tried cleaning it? Make sure you remove the back cover and clean it well.
