Blue notification LED on 232 ICS

On the 232 ICS leak, I'm seeing a blue flashing notification LED when I have no notifications on the notification bar. Interestingly the LED flashes only when the screen is off. If I turn the display on the LED stops flashing.

Is this a known issue with ICS? I didn't see anything like this with GB.

Blue is often a Facebook notification...try clearing the data on that?
