blue tooth speakers

Hi,

I can get the n7 to play using my creative D200 speakers via blue tooth just fine, everytime I turn the n7 off, I have to turn the blue tooth pairing back on again.

Can I either make it permanent so that audio will always go to the speakers?
If not, can I create a shortcut on the main page to the blue tooth setting app?

I'm using an app/widget called "Bluetooth Pair". Cost me $1.50 in the Play Store, but it enables quick re-pairing to Bluetooth speakers, headsets, etc. After installing the app, you place the widget on your screen, and when you place the widget, you designate which BT device you want the widget to activate.
