I got imessage to work but it shows my icloud, anybody know how to get their number to show up?

Is this using Sunbird? If you're just talking about an iPhone, you should probably go to iMore or somewhere and ask them.

I think the OP is referring to an app that bridges icloud using a hub Mac machine always on and connected via software on the Mac. It allows you to receive iMessages on an Android phone. I tried to set it up a few years ago but didn't want to leave my iMac turned on 24/7

I think you're right. I looked up the app in playstore and it looked like a pain to me.

From what I've heard it works... And I agree, I would think Apple has a decent sized team working on quietly blocking Sunbird as we speak.
