Hello I am new so I hope this is the right place for this ....I have a moto x 2014 and after trying some Roms it now has poor signal and data is really bad ..I am hoping that someone would have the baseband or modem file I could flash or have any advice for me....thanks in advance...

Reflash the stock ROM. If it's still bad it's a hardware problem. If not, look in the Moto X section of XDA to see if someone has just the modem for the stock ROM in installable form (like a zip file).
