Anyone have any experience with bt headsets.? I've had 3 and my currect headset
(lg tone bt headphones) are by far the best i've had, better then motorola
's sd-9 and 10HD.. any other headphones you guys have.? For both music and calls.

I think I have the same one's. LG tone 700 where you wear them around your neck like a collar and the plugs fit in your ear. They're pretty good. I like corded better but my jack is going so I went Bluetooth. I also have S9 I think which are fine too but I wear glasses and they don't fit as well. Wear them sometimes. I swear I have ten sets of headphones. Mostly corded which don't work anymore!

I feel you,i gave up on corded a few years ago lol.

I have used two types with my EVO 3D:

JayBird-Freedom Bluetooth Earbud Headphones-JF3MB

Motorola S305 Bluetooth Stereo Headset w/ Microphone

I still own both. I have a preference for the Motorola over the JayBird, but that is not based on quality, it's based on preference.

I don't like earbuds. the JayBird is for earbud users. I tried to get used to it but couldn't. They are very good for persons that wear them when active (i.e. the gym, biking, etc.) and are designed for active wear. They come with a bag full of different types of earbuds. No charger is included, just a usb cable (but your HTC charged can be used--just pull out the phone's USB cable from the charger, and put the earbud's cable in. Note: it's a different type of USB charger, smaller than micro or mini USB). Sound quality is great. I do get stereo sound. Volume is good too for music. Call quality is good, and I was told that people could hear me clearly. Cons: I can answer a call easy, but when listening to music, the fast forward and rewind buttons are very small, so are the volume buttons. If you are biking, this can present a small challenge but like anything else in life, not that hard to get used to.

I like the Motorola set. It's very inexpensive. Very comfortable (that is a personal preference because I don't like earbuds no matter how hard I try to like them). Call quality is good, and people tell me they hear me clearly. Answering calls very easy, as is fast forwarding and rewinding music. The volume buttons are a challenge because they are small. I got used to them though. Music sounds great on them, and I get real stereo sound.

In both types you can also adjust volume using the phone's volume rocker buttons which may be easier. The Motorola one cost me half of what the JayBird pair cost me. I bought both through Amazon.

Overall I recommend both. I know bluetooth audio quality doesn't compare to corded headphones, especially some of the newer "Beats Audio" types, but for me, the quality is more than good enough, and I get what the corded types can't deliver: freedom to move around. Both of the above types give me a very good range so I don't need to have the phone right next to me.

Hope this helps!

I think the lg tone headset is as good as the beats by dre,the bass eq plus a music enhancment from my 3D,makes it have insane bass and clarity.

+1 on the S305 headset. Not a big fan of the in-ear types. Though the 305's can sort of pinch my ears if I wear them for an extended period of time. Much more comfortable than any in-ear types I have tried.

Might have to try these. the S305's have pretty good sound, but not great. Have been looking for something better that is cordless.
