Bluetooth 3.0

I was looking up Bluetooth 3.0 and the speeds are suppose to be 5 to 10 times faster than 2.1 and i just don't see it. I sent a 65mb file to my wife's epic and it seem to to be just as fast/slow as my EVO 4g. Anybody tried it?

You will need 2 devices that have 3.0 BT.
Right now your EPIC is at 2.1 so its got the slower protocol. Thats the limiting factor.
You can send all you want at higher speeds but the reciever also needs to be able to DL that fast.
