I have a samsung moment and the bluetooth head set will not stay connected. This is the second phone I have had, the first had a faulty bluetooth device in the phone.
Also, I have had Sprint "refresh" my phone, and still I can not get the ringtones to alert me when a e-mail arrives. I have it set to retrieve my e-mails every 30 minutes. No notification on the notification bar or ring tone alert...any ideas?
