Bluetooth and Speakerphone Issue

I noticed an odd glitch that happened to me repeatedly yesterday. While speaking via bluetooth on the phone my Bionic would switch to Speaker Phone when another call was coming in. It would remain in bluetooth and speaker phone simultaneously and the person I was talking to had problems hearing me via bluetooth.

I have the same issue that isn't isolated to another call coming in, this can happen when you get a text or email. I use a Jawbone era headset that worked fine on my Droid X. I think this is a bug.
