Bluetooth and streaming music? What headsets work?

I have an AT&T version and have issues with both of my headsets that performed flawlessly with my HTC M7. I get intermittent blank spots in the music which are quite annoying. The headsets in question are the Motorola Buds and the Sony MW600.

For all of you with no issues with streaming music, what bluetooth headset are you using? What vendor for your phone?

It's not just Bluetooth. It does this with in wire headsets for some people and with the speaker for some people. And others, all 3. I used to be one of the others. Fortunately when I rooted and flashed a new rom, my music play back no longer hiccuped/paused.

I use Sol Republics though. And I'm with Tmobile.
