Bluetooth calls only playing on 1 side, but music plays properly

[Android Central Question]

Samsung A73 - when paired to my cars bluetooth, music plays on all speakers. When I am on a call there is only audio from the left hand speakers of the car. when returning to music, all is fine again.

Try deleting from the car and re-pair them back up
