Bluetooth Connection Disconnects and Reconnects in-call

Just upgraded to the Galaxy S4 and I connected the S4 with my car's built-in bluetooth. During a call, the bluetooth connection will randomly drop and then reconnect within 10-15 seconds. It seems completely random when it happens and on very rare occasion, it doesn't happen at all. My car has an older bluetooth so it doesn't stream audio nor sync contacts: just makes and receives calls. Any idea how I can correct this? I've tried a few apps both nothing seems to address the issue.

I was having similar intermittent issues, turn off visibility time out: Click on settings-bluetooth-click menu button--visibility time out and set to "never time out"
