Bluetooth connectivity issues

I'm trying to connect my new fossil q founder to my lg g3 and I'm able to pair it but it won't fully connect, I've tried doing a factory reset on my watch but nothing works.

Bluetooth is a method of connecting 2 devices, it doesn't specify what data or format is being used. Some device combinations just don't work together. Contact Fossil for help with the G3.
