Bluetooth freezes music player

Hello,
I have an Optimus S running HydroRom 1.0 Beta2 on ZVH. My problem is that when I stream music over Bluetooth to my Kinivo BTC450 bluetooth in my car, the music freezes after a few minutes (15-30 minutes usually). Nothing can get the music playing again than rebooting the phone. I tried using winamp and another android player, but the same thing happens. Anyone know if this is a ZVH specific issue and is there a simple workaround than changing the baseband or the ROM?

Same thing started happening to my rooted Galaxy S4 running custom rom just yesterday. And I am also using Knivo bluetooth device.
It doesn't really matter if I am using PlayerPro ( my music player ) or stock Samsung music player. I experience the same issues as you.
