Bluetooth headphones will not work

[Android Central Question]

The wireless headphones connect via Bluetooth just fine, but no sound thru them. I do not get the headphones icon at volume area for audio output. My wireless earbuds work fine but not my new wireless headphones. How can I fix this? Using an Acer chromebook 15.

Welcome to Android Central! What brand and model are the headphones? Are you certain the wireless earbuds aren't currently connected to the Chromebook while you're also trying to connect the headphones?
