I'm using my 6P with a Motorola S-11 Flex HD stereo bluetooth headset. The headset does have volume controls on it. If I inadvertently hit the volume rocker on the phone while listening to music, it will bump the volume up but the rocker won't then turn the volume down, I need to use the volume control on the headset. Has anyone else experienced the same? I figured I should be able to control the volume from both places. This is with the phone locked, BTW, it usually happens as I'm finishing up at the gym and getting my phone, water bottle and tablet organized to head home.
For questions that most likely will pop up: Yes, I'm VERY pleased with the sound from the headset and I find it comfortable to use now that I don't need to wear glasses (THANK YOU LASIK!). I get some audio stutter from time to time but I found that rebooting the headset can clear that, and it usually happens just after turning it on and connecting to the phone. The headset has a multi-function button to control playback (play/pause/FF/RW/answer call) and has a mic for taking calls, though I haven't used it for a call with the 6P since I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend for calls.
