I updated to 5.0.2 this evening and my Logitech bt keyboard says it is connected but it doesn't do a thing. The same is happening with my Logitech slim mouse. They are both charged and I've forgotten and paired twice so far.

I just got the notification for 5.02 tonight. As a rule, I generally delay updates on all my devices for about a month to avoid issues. Think I'll wait on this one too, as I also have a Logitech bt kb.

I just read over on XDA that everyone is having problems with Logitech mice and keyboards after the update so it looks like I'll be using my Surface Pro 3 again until this gets fixed!

I'm using a Samsung SMouse and a Jorno folding Bluetooth keyboard. They both connected and are working fine after update

USA Tom and just got the update yesterday. Tonight after I get home from work I'll do a factory reset and see if my Logitech devices work.

5.0.2 was rolled out in The Netherlands today, with - of course - the exact same problem.
Samsung and/or Logitech should work on this with high speed; it's a NotePro after all, this leads to gigantic productivity loss.

Samsung keyboard and mouse works ok, PLT_M70 Earphone is also working.

My Samsung keyboard works, but not the Logitech keyboard I bought before it. My generic mouse won't even pair now. I know I had to do a factory reset to get my Note 4 to function without glitches on Lollipop, wondering if the same thing will be needed on the Note Pro? Has anyone tried that yet?

K I was beginning to think it was me. Same thing, updated my note pro 12.2 and now the logitech pro keyboard connects via bluetooth, but refuses to submit to my will and type. WTF, over?

Well I just did a factory restore and it did not help! It didn't even help with my portable Zagg flex keyboard so this is a real pain!

My Zagg keyboard that snaps over the screen is working. I had to re run the pairing operation but now works fine.

Pairing goes oh so well, the code is accepted from the keyboard. But then, trying to type with it, nothing happens. Literally nothing, because the virtual keyboard won't pop up on my screen until the BT-keyboard is fully switched off. It used to do, which proved very handy when special signs were needed, that were not covered by the hardware keyboard.

I posted the link to this forum thread on Google+ , addressed to both Samsung and Logitech NL, but no reactions so far.

Our second NotePro 12.2 with an identical keyboard is left on Android 4.4.2 as long as they don't solve this problem.

DITTO!!

I talked to technical support at Logitech this morning about the Note Pro 12.2 folio keyboard case and the UltraSlim BT mouse not working after the lollipop update. They acknowledge the issue is at their end and are working on a software upgrade to fix the problem. I am on the list to be notified when the fix is available and will update when I hear more.

UPDATE:
Here is a first response from Logitech support regarding the problem with the Pro 12.2 with 5.0.2 and the Logitech Pro folio keyboard.

"Dear Bruce E,

Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Care.

We already have confirmed that this Logitech PRO for NotePRO 12.2 and TabPRO 12.2 is having an issue with the new version of the android OS which is the lollipop [5.0.2], we are still waiting for the resolution that our escalation team will obtained from the investigations that they are doing as of now. We will notify once we have the resolution of the problem.

Clearly, Logitech recognizes the issue and is working to address it.

UPDATE 2 (7/17/2015)
A few minutes ago I received this update on the problem from Logitech Support:

<<<

Dear Bruce E,

Thank you for contacting Logitech Customer Care.

We would like to inform you that the issue that you are experiencing with the Logitech PRO for NotePRO 12.2 and TabPRO 12.2 when it is connected to your tablet with android version 5.0.2 has been escalated to our product specialist and was reported to Samsung, they already figured out that this issue happens because of the said update for the android operating system.

Samsung have urgently updated the binary file and the OS will be updated soon. There will be a software to be release to resolved the issue but Logitech cannot provide any time frame for its release because Samsung is the one responsible to it. For further questions about the software update please contact Samsung and also let them know the issues that you are having after the update.

To contact us by phone or obtain additional information (FAQ's, Forum, Manuals, etc.) please visit support.logitech.com

Best regards,
Logitech Customer Care>>>>

While there is no specific date it seems that Samsung is actually working on the problem and promises a fix soon.

I have the same issue with both of my bluetooth page turner pedals (I have two models by AirTurn and neither will work) - I can get them to connect, but I cannot get them to function. As a musician, this is incredibly inconvenient and I'm irritated as heck! I'll try to connect with Samsung to get on their list of unhappy customers and in the meantime will follow these posts in case somebody comes up with a fix.

It isn't a Samsung or Google or Android issue it is a software issue with your page tuner pedals device/software. Contact that manufacturer and get them to update their drivers. Something they and Logitech should have already done as Lollipop was available to developers ages ago.

Thanks Beh. I contacted AirTurn last night, they said it's a bug issue with Android and directed me to this forum LOL
