Bluetooth Issues

My phone can't see Bluetooth device names or pair with them. I've rebooted 3 times and turned Bluetooth on and off like 10 times. What am I doing wrong?

husband said those look like mac addresses of the Bluetooth devices. not sure why you don't see name. here s mine. these are the only ones that are setup for my viewing at home. I can't view bt devices that aren't set to be viewable.

Fixed, sort of. As soon as I connected the phone in the Jeep to Uconnect the device names of all other Bluetooth devices started showing up and allowed the connection. Have no clue why...

now mines having an issue connecting to my Charger. Have had the phone since Sept 7 connected to the '17 charger without issue. I often play Pandora and have Waze map on, listen to messages through the car screen. starting yesterday it only lets me hear messages, but the Pandora wont play through speakers. it shows like it is but no sound. I've never had to even look at the phone Bluetooth settings. looked yesterday and the media and call buttons gray out when I pull to the right, then they pull themselves back left.

mine is now officially fixed I'll tell you what I did. I went into system app settings I cleared Bluetooth cache and Bluetooth data. I restarted the phone turn bluetooth back on and everything was good.
