Bluetooth Keyboard Case

Hi

So I just received my Galaxy tab from O2... a replacement for my faulty (now discontinued) Dell Streak, which I did love. And even though it's big & a bit clumsy as a phone, I'm still going to use it... I got it on such a sweet deal, I couldn't refuse :)

Anyway, so I'm looking at various cases & accessories on ebay & have a question regarding the case which has a bluetooth keyboard... when the case closes, doesn't the keys on the opposite side of the case hurt the Tab's screen?

And also, how much bulkier does it make it, the keyboard that is? I just want to know if, as I'll be substituting my phone for it, if it's actually feasible to carry around the keyboard case.

Thanks!

Can't speak to the keyboard case itself, but regarding the Galaxy tab screen itself - nothing much damages it because it uses gorilla glass which is highly scratch resistant. Also, not sure about your carrier (not familiar with O2) but some US carriers' tab versions (Verizon and Sprint and Sprint before the recent GB update) and the US WiFi only tab version crippled the Bluetooth functionality such that BT keyboards (like the one you are considering) using the common HID profile could not pair with the tab. I believe unlocked Tabs and Tabs by TMO & AT&T (and possibly other GSM tabs) did not suffer from this limitation. YMMV. Good luck
