I can connect bluetooth to my Skoda Yeti however I'm not able to connect my music. What am I not doing right? The track playing is showing on the screen of my Yeti however the music is coming out of my phone! So frustrating x
Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Bluetooth when the phone is connected to the car, then tap the gear icon next to the car listing. Is Media Audio turned on?
Also, are any other Bluetooth devices connected to the phone at the same time, like a BT headset?
What model year is the car, and is this the factory-installed stereo or an aftermarket head unit? Do you know if there are any firmware updates available for the stereo?
It's a Skoda Yeti 4x4, 2014 model & yes it's a factory installed until. Not sure on updates however reading through many posts it seems like the problem lies with the phone not the car.
Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34283. You'll only be able to test preinstalled apps, but it could help determine if some app you installed is interfering with this function.
I'm just going to give up & listen to the radio only ~ it's far too annoying & time consuming!! Very disappointed with Samsung, it's clearly a problem with the phone as my husband's iPhone works perfectly! Maybe time for change x
