I have a problem with media sound while my mobile is connected in car and it happens with two different manufacturers of phones and cars.
If I try to play music through Amazon Music connected to Bluetooth in car the sound varies. It can either be normal and then go quiet or on the next song be quiet and then normal. I've got a Sony Xperia 10 and my partner has a Oneplus 5. This has happened in an 18 plate Seat, a 69 plate Seat and a Vauxhall van. My son has an Oppo Reno 2Z and his seems to work fine. The only thing I can think of is different versions of Android. Spend half the journey turning the sound up and down and I've tried all the options on the phone regarding sounds levels etc

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only with Amazon Music? What happens if you boot your phone into Safe Mode and use the preinstalled music app to stream? https://support.sonymobile.com/glob...formance/8019307402e887a420165e528f2ae0058b1/

Cheers i'll give it a try. Dont really have any music in the preinstalled app so not tried it. If it was just my phone then it could just be me but its also my partners phone and a different manufacturer. I've come across people having similar issues when ive googled it and no one seems to know why, its a pain

Just download any random free sample music file from a reputable website and use the stock music app to test -- no need for multiple saved music files.
