Bluetooth not working

Please help. Bluetooth not finding any devices when scanning. In range and on, and works on any other phone. Tried clearing the cache, cache partition, rebooting multiple times, force stopping, and moving settings around. Did everything i could find online as a suggested fix. Still not finding any devices via the scan at all.

I use nova prime launcher and had the phone for about 3 days now. No root or special unique treatment. Came with it not working and still isn't. Any potential solution not already tried is welcome!

Well, if it never worked from day one, then there is always the possibility that someone forgot to connect the Bluetooth antenna.

But, seriously, it does sound like a hardware issue.
