Bluetooth permissions

I'm using android 10 on a Sony Xperia XZ2.

I recently bought a wear os SmartWatch, ticwatch pro, which connects to phone via Bluetooth for calls and contact sharing.

The problem is when I go in to my car and it connects to my phones bluetooth it only now connects for media sharing. I have to go in to Bluetooth settings, choose my car and deactivate calls then reactivate to enable me to call and contact share.

Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Just curious -- do you actually use the TicWatch to make and receive calls?

Yup, B. Diddy has hit it exactly right. What he's getting at is that only one device can be set to take the phone call audio, if the watch is set for that the car can't be set to take it.
