Bluetooth problems with phoning

Even if the Bluetooth connection between my S3 mini and headset is establish and I can hear beep when I press phone buttons, when I'm calling I can't hear absolutely anything!

Although I've tried many headset the result is still the same.

Any idea?

Have you tried to clear the devices cache in recovery? You may installed an update the is causing a conflict.

What do you mean with to clear the unit cache? how to?

Do you suspect conflicts with other apps?
