Bluetooth problems

Hi just wondering if anyone has any ideas of how to fix this.

My Parrot Bluetooth gizmo detects and pairs with my N5. I have it set to stream media on the phone but when I play something on Play Music nothing happens. The phone thinks it is streaming. Also if I look through the list of paired devices on the Parrot the N5 doesn't show up BUT it does work for phone calls.

My wife's new G2 is working fine as did my HTC One. So all I can think is that KitKat is the reason.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

I too was having trouble pairing my Nexus 5 to my car, and I was able to pair other phones. It sounds stupid, but try resetting everything - not just deleting existing settings, but resetting the Parrot device. I had to reinitialize my stereo and set it to factory defaults for the pairing to work. Hope that helps!
