Bluetooth Selfie Stick?!?!?!

For the love of everything that is holy!

I got my wife a bluetooth selfie stick for christmas. No major instructions. Just sync it and that's it, no tips for android users, just that it works with android and iphone. But it will not work and for the life of me I cannot figure out why.

I wanted a nice selfie stick for her and now it is essentially useless because the button won't snap a pic. What am I freaking missing?

First stupid question. Are you able to connect it to your phone via bt?

Did you set the camera button via settings? It is set to zoom by default

also, you have to start the camera manually. Once the camera has been opened, then you should be able to use the shutter button flawlessly.
