Bluetooth Speaker Connection

I have a bluetooth speaker for my office at work but keep my phone in my pocket and when I have to leave my office it disconnects from the speaker. Does anyone know of a quicker way to reconnect with the speaker once it's back in range? The only way I have found out is to go into my bluetooth settings and reconnect.

Mine reconnects by toggling Bluetooth off then on in the pull down notification panel. Give that a try.
