Bluetooth Turning Off

I've been noticing for the past couple of weeks that my smartunlock via my Asus Zenwatch 2 keeps failing. When this happens, and I pull down quick settings, I see that my bluetooth is off. Once I turn it back on, everything seems to work fine, but it'll eventually turn itself back off. Anyone else have an issue w/ bluetooth turning itself off? Anyone know of a fix?

Are you using any Battery Saving features or apps that might be 'optimizing' your radios for better battery? Maybe one of those is killing BT to save energy.

I just posted about this also. The net is flooded with this issue. It's weird because it happens with my wife's S6 edge+ in our cars but it never happens with mine...it's bizarre (I actually have more junk installed than she). It also does not happen with BT speakers in the house - seems to only be cars for whatever reason.

I think there are certain Sammi phones that have flakey hardware...

I'd check again. I thought my phone had spotty WiFi hardware and it turned out to be a weird T-Mobile update that enabled a T-Mobile app 'battery saving' feature. Disabled that and never had an issue again.

There are no battery saving features enabled on my phone. I restarted my phone Wednesday, and haven't had an issue yet. But it usually happens every few days to once a week. I might try disconnecting it from my car radio and see if maybe that'll do the trick.
