Bluetooth volume controls trols

Hi I recently purchasednote10+5g. Love the phone but the 1st issue that I cant overcome is probably a simple one. When listening to music or any audio through bluetooth earphones i cant control the volume from my handset. Only volume control is from the device(jvc headphones) . Any help would b greatly appreciated.
