Bluetooth & wifi

I asked this in the s7 edge forum but no takers. Let's try here -

Everytime my phone re-boots it turns off Bluetooth & turns on wifi. Is there a way to make Bluetooth persistently ON & wifi persistently OFF, even after reboot. Ide like to keep connection with my watch but not wifi.
