Bluetooth won't cut on? urgent please help

Up until an hour ago my watch worked fine. All of a sudden I notice that I can't turn the bluetooth on from the watch nor can I do anything in the app since the watch isn't connected. I also can't put it in wifi connection since it won't to my network thats grayed out on the watch too. Its stuck in "stand alone" mode.

Any advice I've restarted the watch but I really want to avoid a factory reset if possible.

Sounds like a hardware failure - the 2.4GHz radio failed. Depending on the price of the watch (the repair is probably at least $100), it may or may not pay to get it repaired. (The "motherboard" [all the electronics in the watch other than the display] probably gets replaced. Things aren't designed to be "repaired" these days.)

Thank you so much for responding! I did the dreaded factory reset. After the reset it took my watch 10 minutes to come back on. It finally came back on and seems to be working accordingly figures crossed if it fails again I'm taking it back asap.
